Jeff Duplicki is an attorney based in Santa Rosa, California whose practice includes litigating complex commercial liability insurance coverage disputes, defending toxic tort and complex construction defect matters, and negotiating and litigating commercial business and banking transactions matters. He has practiced in federal and appellate courts throughout California, and has successfully litigated matters in several states. Mr. Duplicki also has experience representing municipalities, special districts and elected officials in matters involving public contracts, litigation, the Brown Act, conflicts of interest, and the Public Records Act.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Duplicki was an engineer and manager for a major telecommunications company for several years. There he worked on and designed large infrastructure projects and was involved with negotiating contractual agreements with local, state, and federal governments along with private entities with respect to access and compliance with the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996.

Mr. Duplicki is an active member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, and the Sonoma County Bar Association where he served on the board beginning in 2002 in various positions, including leading the organization as its President in 2012.
